Refund Policy
PCdle is free
Playing PCdle, creating an account, receiving the daily email and entering giveaways all cost nothing, and we do not sell anything to players. Because no payment is taken, there is nothing to refund.
Giveaway prizes
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless the giveaway’s own terms say otherwise. If a prize arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we will work with the sponsor to repair or replace it. Your rights under the manufacturer’s warranty and the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Purchases from retailers
If you buy something after following a retailer link from PCdle, you bought it from that retailer, not from us. Returns and refunds are handled under the retailer’s policy and your consumer rights.
If we ever charge for something
We will publish refund terms here before any paid feature is offered. Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure of a paid service, and nothing we publish will take that away.
